What is Audit?

  • Audit documentation refers to the records or documentation of procedures that users performed, the audit evidence that they obtained and the conclusion that makes by them based on the evidence obtained.

  • For this example we are using customers.cds.

Download dataset.zip file from link given dataset.zip

  • After downloading the zip file, add it into the OPNBI. To add it into OPNBI follow this Link.

Audit: This video contains how to use Audit in OPNBI.

  • Audit shows the actions like when the user created, uploaded or downloaded any particular file. To perform audit follow these steps:
  1. Log in to OPNBI using your respective credentials.

  2. Go to Hamburger Menu Docusaurus Slash Introduction > MasterData > Dataset.

  3. Right click on customers.cds and select Audit from the context menu as shown below:-

  4. Here we can check the following details of customers.cds as follows:-

  5. In this manner, you can check operations performed on your datasets in the OPNBIHUB application.
